Sushi Shop or Toy Maker?

Hi I'm looking for some advice on which of these to buy first. They both take so much coin and takes a long time to accumulate these amounts I wanted to know which one you all thought would be more beneficial while I try and save up the massive coin for the next one please. Thank you in advance :)

Sushi shop. Steamed rice sells quickly at 160 each and takes 1.5hours.

Agree about sushi shop. Toys need iron and/or wood which r always scarce on my farm and take at least 6 hours to make. Toy maker sits twiddling his thumbs most days.
