Cannot start/open game/stuck on the startscreen

Fantasy Story 1.4.

I cannot enter FFS anymore. Game stays on the initial start screen. Already tried to turn device (iphone) completly off and on, reinstalled the game several times and updated iOs8.1.1 to 8.1.2, but I have still no chance to enter the game. Nevertheless I get game notices (habitats full/animal envolved, ...).

I really appreatiate any advise how I can get into my forest again

There is an update in the app store. Version 1.4.1.

If that does not help, on you iphone go under settings-safari and clear out data/cookies then restart your device.
