Any clues to beat this one? How to clear those exploding blobs?

I recommend that you clear the top combinations near the Vines first so you make sure they don't seal your top preventing more Fruit from coming down. You'll want to make a combination of 7 Fruit to get a Blast and use the Blast to remove the Doom Slime. After the Doom Slime has been removed, you can work at getting the required score.
