Can't craft the Mythic Essences!

I'm trying to upgrade the Royal Maze Garden,
but the Mythic Essences doesn't show in the Potion Shop,
I can't craft the Mythic Essences!
Could it be fixed?

You need to have the adamant alchemy quest in your book and do the first few steps to open that crafting option..
