View Full Version : Team Lava support was not helpful and closed my ticket w/o an answer

Over the last week I have emailed support 3 times with questions regarding moving my Dragon Story game from one Android device to another. I received one stock answer that didn't answer my question, and zero reply to my follow up questions. Then my ticket was closed.

Can someone please help me with my game? I would like to continue playing Dragon Story, but obviously I can't if the staff will not port the game to a new device.

Very disappointed in the crappy customer service I received.
