Ivy's Hot Sauce recipe is locked

Ivy's hot sauce recipe is showing locked by goal. Which goal do I need to complete in order to unlock it?? I have so many different story lines going on at the moment that I am just getting confused as to where I should go next.

I'm pretty sure you need to harvest hot peppers to unlock the goal.

You can still harvest, even if full. The hot pepper is just coveted to 15 coins. If it does not trigger, ask support to flush some hot peppers from your inventory.

It doesn't matter if you're maxed in peppers. There seems to be some conflicting advice from reading up on this again, some say you need the Magic Garden, others not....

But what is similar is that you need to plant NEW peppers, just a few, (at least 2, so maybe plant 5) and its harvesting new peppers that will trigger the goal.

You can use what's in your inventory to make more sauce. You need to be L17 as above.
