App Slow to Load

Anyone else's BS or RS app slow to load? I have the same model iPhone as several friends, and theirs all load within seconds - mine is a full minute or more to get from the splash screen to my bakery or restaurant. Once there, it functions fine, but the slow load is a pain - especially when the app crashes me out of something I'm in the middle of & I have to wait forever for it to load back up again.

Suggestions?
