View Full Version : Still Waiting For Gems I Purchased To Show Up In Game

Purchased gems this morning and still over 10 hours later no gems show up on my farm. Now the timer for the prize in the Piper's tree house game has expired. The only reason why I even bought the gems was to buy more darts to get the prize in the game and they never showed up.
I log into my iTunes account and it shows the gem pack in my purchase history. I log into my bank account and it shows the transaction made through iTunes. I log into the game and still no gems. Tried force closing and restarting multiple times.
Recently I lost nearly all my gems to gemtraps in the game and now if my purchased gems ever show up and I have to wait for the prize to show up in the tree house again, I'm afraid they will all have vanished to traps again before it ever does show up again.
I have already emailed the team lava support. My question is.....before you lock my thread like you did the last one.....how long should it take for gems to transfer once purchased?...Like in a normal situation. And will the support team actually do anything to get me the prize I was after? I'm pretty sure I won't hear anything from them until at least Monday.
With this being my first time buying gems in the game and from losing so many free gems on multiple occasions this is really making me rethink on ever making another purchase.

I've purchased gems a few time in fs2 before. Usually the gems were credited to my game straightaway after I've confirmed my purchase. Though the buying gems process takes quite a long time for me, about 10 minutes or so before I get the pop-up to enter my password. =.=" It doesn't take such a long time in my other games, like bs or fashion. Lol

The forum cannot help with this situation (http://forum.storm8.com/showthread.php?15033-Do-not-post-Support-emails-or-private-communications-in-the-forum), you will need to wait on support to respond to your email. Most of the time, the transaction is immediate, but sometimes there may be a delay
in getting the gems.
It can take support 3-5 business days to respond to your ticket. As I stated on the other thread (http://forum.storm8.com/showthread.php?75926-Are-They-Serious&p=1016858&viewfull=1#post1016858), if you have not already done so please respond back to your automatic email
with a copy of your iTunes receipt.
