"Feed the baron" quest does not show up

I'm not getting the "Feed the baron quest". I completed 8+30 truffles and 8+30 prime cuts, and collected more of each since. Are there any other prerequisites for the option to show up? I'm on Android...

There is no actual Goal called "Feed the Baron" this is actually a craft in the Kitchen. Try collecting a few more Prime Cuts and Truffles and you should see this craft option appear in your Kitchen.

Update: I have collected almost 40 of each, and nothing... until I reached level 20. After that, first prime cut triggered the dialog. Not sure if this is coincidence or level 20 is prerequisite.

Glad to hear you were able to get the Feed The Baron craft. There is no level requirement for this Goal. You just needed to collect Prime Cut and Truffles to trigger it. It's possible you collected the last Prime Cut you needed after you reached the next level.
