Castle Story problem

Is there any scheduled down time or maintenance for Castle Story. I'm having trouble logging on. It keeps telling me it's an online game and won't log in. Obviously I am connected to the Internet!
I have tried rebooting my iPad and deleting the game and reinstalling it with no success.

Try going under setting- safari- and delete cookies and Data, then restart your device.

You can also try a hard reset, by holding down the on/off button and home button at the same time , until you see the apple sign.

If you have Ipad 1, try closing out all background apps that are running.
