Where can I find a list of the expansion cost? I looked at sehana a list but it's outdated.

If you go into design mode and check the final tab on the list, it shows a bunch of boxes that you can buy first. If you scroll past all of the boxes, it tells you how much the upcoming expansions will cost in gems and/or coins, depending on how you wanted to pay for it.
