Farm disappeared

Was moving my Grand Farms to another plateau & then moved some of other habitats. When I looked at my 4 small farms one is missing. I just planted all 6 of them an hour ago. I closed the game & reopened again.
On ipad mini 8.1.1, FF 1.4.1, sorm id rjazz.
Please help- not in storage, go to store says I'm at my limited. I've had 6 for months.

So last night I planted all 5 remaining farms with 8 hours & this morning it showed one hadn't been planted but it was, because I'm missing one of my farms & losing money because I don't have it.

Edit:
You can currently have a total of 6 Farms. You have 3 regular farms on the bottom area near your Nest and three bigger ones on the upper island. I hope this helps clear up any confusion. :)

Was confused because I had 4 regular & 2 large. When I moved them it must have upgraded which is okay. But I did lose my 8 hour planting last night.
