How to get quick and reliable neighbours

First you go into community, then you select a bakery with 3 or 4 star rating (this shows they are active at give tips) then you tip them (max 3) and go to their wall. Post a message on their wall like 'I love your bakery, I tip and gift daily, add me: *id here*' then see who has posted on their wall in the past 30-60 mins and do the same kind of message there.

I gift daily, and always accept requests, but only tip on weekends and when I have enough free time. (I'm a first time mom of a newborn)
