I did send staff an email, but I haven't heard back yet (holiday weekend). Just wondering if anyone else had a similar situation.

I purchased the Festive French Bulldog on Black Friday. I placed him in my restaurant next to my host table. When I came back to my shop later that day, he wasn't there.

I checked my inventory, but it wasn't there either. I can only assume he ran out the door when a customer came in.

Be sure to include all info about your restaurant like name, level, gem count, etc

Apparently I never had him. Not really sure what happened here. Support has no record of the purchase. Very strange.
