I recommend that you make as many possible combinations on the bottom left part of the level to destroy the Doom Cupcakes on the top left as soon as you can. After you do this, you want to make boost combinations on the bottom left and top right so you can eliminate the Doom Cupcakes on the bottom right before the timer runs out. Hope this helps!
