Still pretty new to this game, I'm on level 14. What level do I need to be to buy more workshops? I have 2 right now. When I try to purchase more, I get the message that I'm at my limit and I need to level up to buy more. It doesn't say what level I need to be to purchase more.

That's it. Once you buy the second workshop, you are the max no matter the level. Only way to get more production is to make enough trades and save up for the tinkers' camp.

It's a ridiculous statement, I asked the same question about another craft building can't remember which one. TL do need to clarify their wording on so many things.

For newbies, you can have only 2 of the following: (other buildings you can only have 1 of, but crafting building are 2)
workshop

Kitchen
Forge
Greenhouse
Sparkling mine
Hatchery

Wizard school
