how do i start over or start another restaurant?

I have made a few mistakes early on in my restaurant and want to restart it but I don't see how. I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling, but it just went to the same restaurant when I opened it. What do I need to do?

Oh and I did the clear data thing and the old restaurant was still there. Playing on the Moto Droid.

Storm8 accounts are tied to your device. Even if you factory wipe it will still be there, you need to email support and have them do it. Be warned though that they took 2 weeks to respond to me.
