parts not received

I took out the chocolate dip appliance and needed 4 more gears to finish so I asked my neighbours and had a pop up saying they would be notified of the request but after hours and hours of waiting to see if I had got the parts, it said 6/10 gears. I even force stopped the app and refreshed but still not one gear came back to me.

maybe your neighbours haven't accepted the request/aren't playing at the moment or have too many other requests (unlikely) at the moment.
Send the requests to more neighbours than you need. If you need 10 parts try to send request to....i would say about 12-15 players, if irregular players then more.
