Barracks: Can I have adventures without one?

i want to do the adventures but not pay to buy 360 gems for a barrack building. Can i have adventures without a barracks building?

Yes, once a day from your keep. Barracks gives same adventures but takes 2 days. It's a nice extra but not necessary to progress in game.
