Glimmer shards and fragments

Hello :) can someone please post the link to the part of the story where we use the glimmer Shards and fragments? Right now I'm maxed on them, but I have the glimmer fortune thing open and not sure if I should complete it or not. I'm currently working on a sword thing for the Griselda quest line. Cheers

Once you get somewhat further in the game, your shards and fragments will be swallowed in no time. I recommend to hold your fortune until you finish your "Sister Sister" quest.

I'm maxed in glimmer shards and fragments too, no point collecting from Glimmergate until I get a use for them. Will have to read that thread.
