My 10 gems have gone!

I had 11 gems last week, but when checked my account 2 days ago, it displayed that I only have 1 gem.
where have my 10 gems gone?? I didn't do anything.
I didn't tap the food exchange tab by mistake.
does anyone have the same problem?

as well, there's something wrong with my mobile.
whenever i tap the menu tab, my phone is freezed.
I suppose there isn't good compatibility with Regza phone (T01-C) and this application.
I hope these problems will be fixed as soon as possible.

I had same problem. I didn't buy anything or opt to save a food item that had spoiled. After looking through all of the pages, I noticed that I now have 14 orange floor tiles though I had never gone to that page prior to that. My Storm ID is GardenerBree if it will assist a TeamLava person to look into this issue. Thanks =)
