Cucumber sandwich

In order to get from 2.5 stars to 3, you need to serve 2 cucumber sandwiches... But i don't have the option. Heck, don't even have cucmbers yet.... When do they appear? It takes so long to upgrade and get highher levels. Plus, as many have said before, with the new version, many of my upgrades are gone.... Arghghghgh

Update: i didnt level up, but suddenly my garden was available for construction. Very strange.
No complaining but it was not like this till this AM.
Anyhow, finally got the parts, now waiting 15 hours.
