Hi everyone,
I keep seeing in some of my neighbors Bakery, a Cookie Prep Station.

I don't even see it in the locked items, for goals that needed to be done.

I think it's a decoration.

It was from the 10-23-2013 update, but I think it had been removed earlier this year, if you didn't buy it then, you won't see it in the decoration tab now.
