Team lava there is a problem

Ever since I downloaded F S Valentines my game has been having serious problems. I can't post messages, all my water drops have disappeared, and some of my neighbors said they were unable to dens gifts. I deleted FSV thinking that would help but it doesn't. Can you please please fix this because my favorite app will soon be my least favorite. Kindest regards.

This is not a free game. My husband and I have both spent time and money in this game. My field is large, and when it is full of crops. it takes a long time to get it filled. Only to wake up in the morning and have all the water gone.

We can not get our time back however, if this problem continues I will want my money back.
