How to unlock Faerie Workshop (or any faerie-related events)?

I've searched and searched through posts and can't find anything on how to unlock faerie (and related) quests and items? There must have been some goal that would have triggered these faerie things, but at level 46, I'm at a loss. The only goals I have are Water Blessing, Sister Sister, and Little Persuasion. Can someone tell me, or point me to a thread, that explains how to trigger faerie (and related, like plume hive) events and items?

Water Blessing...you have to complete the Blythe Sapwood (Goddess Tree) line. After that Team Lila vs. Azela, then Mad Tea Party, and I think I'm being lead to the Faerie Workshop next (on 'The Value of Commerce' now).

Thank you 8hat! I do still have water blessing (it's taking me forever to get to lvl 5 of deep mine) and didn't realize that would trigger faerie events. Thank you again!!!
