Sea otters collections

Hi! I'm currently at level 43 of farm story 2. I'm playing the game on android phone. I've heard that the sea otters collections will be unlocked at level 35. Why do I not have it? Is it not available to android players again? There's a '?' in the third column which is yet to unlock. What is that and at which level can it be unlocked?

I don't know which level but a collection gives salmon or tuna.

I am not sure if androids have the option of the collections. I will check.

Yes, I've the butterfly and mole collections but the third column is still locked.

Android does not have access to the Otter collection. Sorry for the confusion!
