Fashion story tipping glitch

Recently, during "reset" hour, I usually go around to other shops in order to tip them. However, i have noticed that whenever i try to tip my neighbours and i refresh the shop, i am still able to tip them! Being cautious, i have to keep tipping my neighbours even if this repeats itself 4-5 times as it will not show on the news feed. Please help me resolve this problem.

And restarting, reinstalling, the cache, playing the basic version, aso, aso... it doesn't work:-(
