Problems with Fire Blessing

I just tried to craft a fire blessing trinket but it's not in my inventory.
I crafted the potion, went on the adventure, got the garnet, clicked to make the trinket then when I came back later to collect it....it wasn't in my inventory? It looks like it just made another plain trinket? M confused :(
Storm ID is acy 3 and I'm playing on an iPad 2 (iOS 8.1)

Is this the goal where the faeries are upset and trying to interfere with the crafting? You just need to keep trying until you're succesful.
