The same place you purchase stuff is the same place you find what you have already have.

If you're trying to find things that were stored, then just go to design mode and find the item. It will have a number on the bottom corner of it, indicating how many are in storage. You can place that number since those are what you paid for. Just don't place more than that because you'll have to buy the rest.

In the MAIN MENU, you can find a tab called My Gifts. That is where you can find food and parts that were gifted to you and the corresponding amount you have at the moment :)
