Deleting a friend/member

How can you delete a friend from the game, if they are no longer active?

Go to the Neighborhood tab and click on EDIT. This will give you a remove button next to a neighbor's name. You can then remove unwanted neighbors. Please take note that you need to click DONE if you are finished to avoid accidental deletion of good neighbors. We certainly do not want that.
