Problems using catalogue

In the last four days I haven't been able to tap anything in the catalogue. I can't clear items in red and I can't collect items in green. I can use the closet etc so it's not a problem with my screen. I'm not sure if it's a glitch or not. I certainly can't purchase new items.
Please help.
Store name is Orrotonne and I'm at Level 13.

It looks like you've been able to discard your orders which expired. Are you still experiencing an issue with your orders that are ready? Can you try reinstalling the game to see if that resolves the issue?
