Duplicate gifts from the same neighbors

Whatever 'maintenance' was performed over the weekend messed up the gifting system. I have several neighbors sending several different gifts at the same hour which takes up the allotted 20 gifts per day Causing other neighbors to get a full on gifts message from me.

***As you can see this nbr gifted me 8 times. Several others sent more than one gift as well.
This is a problem in RS as well.

Yes, there is a gift glitch for sure and I can't tip my neighbours either. After reset 20mins ago, it's telling me 0 when it should be 6.
