I'm currently at level 25 with 2.5 stars. However, to achieve 3 stars, I need to serve 2 tuna sandwiches. In order to cook the sandwiches, I need tuna, which I can only get from the fish market. But the fish market requires 3 stars to unlock. I'm confused. How, then, am I supposed to proceed?
