Cannot add neighbors

Both of me and my friend cannot add neighbor each other.

My Strom8 id : jhhinga
My friends Strom8 I'd : pandey_swati


When we search, it says, : see in attachment
But both of we are playing the game.
Problem persist in all Android devices.
I am using MIUI 6, kitkat os.
And latest version 1.5.5.8

I just sent you an invite- Game name- Angel? Right.
Seems to be working.

For your friend I could not add her. Have her check to make sure her storm ID is correct.
Can she post a picture of storm ID? Go go social and invite- Her storm ID should show there.

You can add your friend as a Neighbor if you and your friend are both playing the same game. Are you both playing Restaurant Story?
