Level 33 on Cupcake Mania

I have gotten three stars (40,000 points) and even two stars (38,000) on this level but everytime I close out of Cupcake Mania and get back in it says I only have earned one star. HELP !!!!

Looks like you're highest score on level 33 is still 28,450. Are you playing on offline mode or is your game connected to the internet while playing? Do you see an message to update appear while or after playing this level? Please let us know if you have any additional information. Thanks!

That is because whenever I log out and log back in it resets it to the lowest score I got!!! No I have never gotten a update message at anytime.
