Level 5 Airships were made available earlier this year. We have since blocked them from being upgraded, but anyone who has level 5 Airships was able to keep them. Sorry for the confusion!

But it's unfair to 99.99% players who do not have lv5 airships! Btw, my friends and I started the game in the last year, and we didn't see any upgrade opportunity of lv 5 airship!

I strongly recommend you to down-grade the airship to lv 4. Or you should open the lv5 airship to all the players!

We are here for a fair playing. We can not accept the un-fair tricks!

Actually, it sounded more reasonable to me if the max level difference of Airship happened because there was a bug. Now, this is really becoming an issue to everybody else who did not get a chance to upgrade Airship to level 5 earlier this year. That means there is almost a whole year of extra efforts for those high level players to maintain their crowns. They have to not only need to manage their different combinations of troops usage for different base arrangement, but also rearrange their own bases from time to time. However, those who get the privilege to upgrade their Airships earlier this year, they simply train 53 plus Airships every time and be able to win bases that are at max level.

THIS IS NOT A FAIR PLAY AT ALL!!!

ita this is ridiculous. anyone that gets attacked by these airships is disadvantaged. its completely unfair for a select few to have superior troops. i have played this game almost daily from the start and never saw this upgrade. how long was the upgrade available for and how much more powerful are the lvl 5 airships?

This is ridiculous! my base has all defenses maxed and 54 birds just **** it all. It is highly unfair to allow some players to have troops that are not available to others. It makes no sense what so ever. I lost 19 crowns for this attack!

My defenses are all maxed and it took me 100% out. so nothing can defend from this super airships only one player has. What a joke.

I have play more than two years daily and never seen this upg to lv5 airships, eider have my clan mates who has play just as long and daily too. Not fair some can still use them and others don't can have them... So many old members quit the game these days... Come on FM do something to keep the game FairPlay!

Really. That's your answer. What a joke!!!! We play against each other and expect a game where all players have the same opportunities for troops and bases. And like most people said i also know many people who have been around since the start and have maxed out troops and never saw the opportunity for level 5 airships. Get a clue.

Frozen, using that logic, perhaps you should not mess with all the troop hitpoints and damage. They should keep them at the levels that they got them. Remember back when FM actually did some tweeking and development on this game where they nerfed Bears and other troops. Bases should be able to have kept them at the levels they upgraded them to. I mean makes just about as much sense as your logic. Sorry for YOUR confusion as to how ridiculous this whole inequity really is.

Just return all troop back to original damage and hit points. Make airship lvl 5 available to everyone. We want a chance to be able to defeat the top 10

Come on!!! I've been playing many years and I feel as though I have a right to have access to these lvl5 airships!
Don't even get me started on the lvl3 Knights you've have made available to some players whilst fixing individual cases!!!
Get your act together. No point in threading to quit as we all know you have a care factor of 0.

Yes there is Lvl 3 Knights, I have a friend who complained about his barracks downgrading and Knights went from lvl 2 to lvl 1! Firemocha investigated his account and the solution was fix and he got a lvl 3 knight, he also notified FM of this and they are aware of it and told him that shouldn't be a problem and left it at that?!??!
I do have proof of back and forth email with pictures attached! I believe the same thing has happened with the player as this is the only player being mentioned so far.

I don't think they know how to fix it. Should get help from the staff from Castle Story. That game has loads of upgrades and never crashes. Sure like to have knights3 and airship5.

We are asking for a reasonable answer!! Not the same answer. This isn't fair play. Your position needs to be reviewed!
I've also left a suggestion on the suggestion and feed back form and you guys have removed it.
I SUGGEST FM REVIEW ALL POSITIONS IN FM SUPPORT AND START LOOKING INTO COMPEDENT AND PROMPT EMPLOYEES.

We asked for a better response. not a repeat of the previous one. This is a joke. I got attacked twice by those airships. lost 19+13 crowns. My defenses are maxed and I still can't defend it. They got me 100% in both cases.
Please explain to us how this is fair play and why we should continue playing knowing that there are attackers we cannot defend against?

Hi everyone, thanks for your continued feedback! After discussing with the game team further, we have removed the level 5 Airships from the game as they were not ready for release to everyone. While I can't comment on any future updates, everyone will be put back on a level playing field with Level 4 Airships being the max.
