Yes, you can close. While you're in design mode, move an object in front of the door. This prevents customers from entering.

TeamLava games are free to download and play. Like many apps from iTunes, we offer certain products through In-App Purchase, such as Gems or City Cash. These are optional parts of our games and serve to enhance various aspects of user experience and gameplay.
Also similar to other apps on iTunes, our games use the Apple-approved in-app purchasing process. In this process, for your security and protection, Apples handles all aspects of the transaction. Once Apple verifies and confirms your transaction, it notifies the app developer, in this case TeamLava, to credit your game account with Gems or City Cash. Therefore, for any refund requests, you will need to contact Apple directly. However, for any Gems or City Cash related issues (e.g. purchased Gems not credited), please e-mail support@teamlava.com with a copy of your receipt and your user ID. Our TeamLava representatives would be happy to assist you.
You can restrict in-app purchases to prevent future instances of unintentional purchases.
If you would like to restrict In-App Purchases from being made, please visit your device's Settings menu -> General -> Restrictions. Turn off In-App Purchases under "Allowed Content". Please see http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4213 (iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch: Understanding Restrictions) for more details.
Q: How do I reset/restart the game?

While reset functionality isn't currently supported, you will continue to gain more coins every day you log in to gradually build up your account. You can also remove items you not longer want by selling them for coins.
The only other way to remove the game from your device is to transfer it to another device, but you will need two devices for that.

Q: Why is my star rank dropping?

Your star rating is an up-to-date metre of how good you are at tipping. If you dont regularly tip other community members your rating will drop. When you get to 4 stars, dont stop tipping. Keep on going for a while, as if you were aiming for 5 stars, this will make it take longer to drop back to 3 stars, and if it does drop to 3 stars it wont drop as much. I keep about 40 neighbours, and I tip the majority of them each day, and my star rating very rarely drops below 4 stars, and if it does it will be back up to 4 after tipping one or two neighbours.
