Witches Caulderon.

When visiting other lands during the costume for two quest.
I noticed some had a giant witches caulderon...
How do we get it and what at what level??

Hah. Never mind just noticed it's the last reward. Ugh.... Kinda hard to get to if you don't get many candy corn drops from places
