New Feature - Blocking??

"This person has blocked you from leaving a comment on their profile."

Anyone else get this message recently when trying to leave a comment on someone's wall?

I was watering someone and when I tried to leave a message, instead of that player, the dialog box was in the name of "(null's) wall" and it gave me that popup.
