Land Deeds - Is there a way to get these more often???

I really struggle to get "Land Deeds" to use towards the pond, pig truffle and extentions of any kind and wondered is there anything special I can do to increase these??

There's nothing you can really do to increase them as such. But the more deliveries you do the more chance you have of special items dropping.
Although I'm fully expanded now, I have always kept an eye on the newspaper and neighbours farms for special items - I've scored quite a lot of the newspaper!
