Haunted House upgrade issues

Hello,
There is no option to upgrade the haunted house. I would like to be able to finish the quest before the event is over. Does anyone else have this issue?

Try restarting your device.

The upgrade option will appear at the bottom of the screen - if you don't see it, try tapping away from the Haunted Hall and then back onto it. :) You can also try Kooky's suggestion of restarting your device if the problem persists, but let us know if that doesn't help!
