Were Dragon Goal [Archive]

Received a new goal last night before reset for a Were Dragon! Looks cool! Blue-green combo. However, he's not in the Market. Seems unusual. Is he breedable at this point, does anyone know?

It may have been an early release. Looks like the goal is now gone.
