Where can I invite neighbors and accept invitations?

when I go in a try to invite neighbors next to social it will only let me do that by email. Some other players have said they sent invitations but I cannot find them. If anyone can help I would appreciate it.

You will have to know the players Storm ID, to be able to send them an invite.
If you know the ID- go to Main-social button- then invite friends.
