Any of you people had this problem before?

Usually after I've paid for my purchase, I should get my Gems immediately isn't it?

Sometimes there can be a delay.
Try restarting your device.
If the gems are still missing, please send a copy of your receipt to support@teamlava.com so an agent can check you game.
