Please fix my "Story"

I have two Story games going for over a year. Restaurant Story/Aloha no is missing walls and decoration, and so is Bakery Story/Carleen. Please fix them so I can continue to play without interruptions. System keeps shutting down as well.:mad:

Sorry to hear about this! We see that you have maxed out on levels for Restaurant and Bakery Story. As you level up and add more items to your board, the game will require more resources from the device to run the game. If the device is older or has a lack of resources, it'll cause the game performance to decline. We would suggest ensuring that all background applications are force closed to try and free up as much resources as possible.

Additionally, can you reinstall the game? This won't affect your game progress, it's stored on our servers. After you reinstall, please open your game and leave it open for a couple of minutes to allow all the freshly downloaded images to load. Hope this helps!
