I see so many thread about this problem but I need to release my anger!
6x I have lost gems, I didn't push to purchase these items but because of teamlava's famous sync problem I not only lost gems but food
2x food was finished cooking early and then the server went mysteriously missing, and when it came back there was no food. So I not only wasted 2 days waiting for food to cook, but I wasted gems. gem loss=10 gems
3x their system has purchased a chair, table, and a nutcracker: gem loss 15 gems
The recent one and final loss for me was the purchase of $10,000 coins. I have over $500,000 coins why the hell would I need an extra $10,000? So I loss 10 gems for pennies.
Total gem loss: 35 gems
I have written to the support team but I know they won't do anything about this problem! Just needed to express my anger!
