does anyone know how to block a player if you are an android user?

That feature is not available on Android.

There's no blocking feature in Android right now, however, if you'd like to report a behavior issue please email support@teamlava.com for assistance. Be sure to include the Storm8 ID of the offender and a copy or screenshot of the content.
