Game started over?? Help!

I have been playing for over two years and suddenly when I click on my game, it is back at level one and i am welcomed to the game like a beginner?!?!
Help! What has happened!!
I cant lose all my hard work!

Your game isn't lost, all progress is stored on the TL servers. Don't worry! ;)

You should be able to log in using that feature if force closing doesn't help. Did you get a new device?
