Travelling Trader short-changed me!

Today I traded 666 out of 664, got ticks in the boxes, but the balloon stayed - it normally departs when you have reached the target. When the time was up, the balloon departed without leaving me with the credit ticket! All that work for nothing. Boo hoo. 

You will need to complete both tasks to get a ticket.

This happened to me.. Here was my screenshot


I was still trying to fill up the progress bar, but at the end I was not still doing the trade at least 2 of each item.

Were both of your boxes checked off when it departed?
If so do you have a screenshot?

Both the boxes were ticked, I had traded two of each item. I kept checking, as the balloon did not fly away, but both boxes were ticked, and the total said 666/664, meaning I needed 664 items and had traded 666. I am doing another trade at the moment and will take a screenshot this time!

It's a sync issues.

Happened to me once few days back. My balloon requested 2700+ value and I managed to fill up the progress bar. Both boxes are ticked but the balloon didn't depart. *ran out of gas?* Lol So I force closed my game, re-checked the balloon and I saw the progress bar got rolled back to 1600+ value. Need to re-purchase the items and re-fill it again. :(:( Luckily, there's still enough time for me before the balloon depart. XD
