how to build stuff with friends

I am at level 14 now and have been receiving parts from my friends. The problem is that i dont know how to build items (like the truffle maker) because everytime i click on the item it says i do not have enough coins (im poor >_<) or when i click on the hammer icon it only shows the message that i can build it with friends... is there a minimum level for building stuff?

To build, first off you have to have enough coins to purchase the appliance.

Once you do, do not click the hammer. Click in the upper left side of the screen when purchasing. Then you place the item in your bakery . Click the box and you will get a pop up screen that tells you how many items you need to build. Once you have all the items, click the build button.
If you are missing items, you can click on the box ask friends.
